Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. As our items are handcrafted, some products may require additional time. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days - $15
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days - $18
- Free shipping on orders over $150
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Delivery Timeframes
- Perth/Western Australia: 3-7 business days
- Other Australian states: 5-10 business days
- Remote areas may experience longer delivery times
Pickup In-Store Local customers can choose free pickup from our Perth location at 21 Indigo Rd South Yunderup 6208. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email. Proceed to the main gate and ring the doorbell and wait to be assisted.
Tracking All shipped orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order dispatches.
Packaging We take care to securely package all handcrafted items to ensure they arrive safely.
Delivery Issues If no one is available to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave a card with collection instructions. Please contact us at [hello@revampedrevivedreloved.com] if you experience any delivery issues or if items arrive damaged.
