REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described. Due to the vintage nature of our products, change of mind returns are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging. Photos of any damage or defects must be provided.
Return Process
Contact us at hello@revampedrevivedreloved.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return. We'll review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

- Custom or personalized orders
- Items collected via local pickup (inspect before leaving)
- Sale or clearance items
- Change of mind returns
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement.
